2 episodes of unprotected oral sex...

...I'm a male who received unprotected oral sex from 2 different female prostitutes (I was drunk both times...no excuse...just stupid) in a 1 week period.  Both episodes lasted about 5 minutes and both times I ejaculated in their mouth.  It has been 3 weeks since first episode and 2 weeks since last episode.  I had unprotected vaginal sex with my wife about 12 days ago.  Other than a little of bit of anxiety because I'm worried sick I don't feel or show any symptoms of an STD.  My wife on the other hand started complaining of intense abdominal pain about 3 days ago.  Her pain was so severe she checked herself into an E.R.  She is not showing any other symptoms but describes the abdominal pain as a burning pain which confuses me a little.  At the E.R. they administered several test including urine, pelvis and liver tests but I'm not sure if they specifically checked for STD'S.  They did not find anything conclusive.  They recommended she see a gastroenterologist and get an endoscopy to look for ulcers.  I'm terrified that I contracted an STD and passed it on to my wife.  Based on what I describe is this a possibility?  when should I get tested?  and if my wife is infected could she be showing signs of an STD this soon?

1 week post exposure is when you can get tested for the 2 above I listed.

You should get regular STD tests no matter what if you're sexually active (even if it's just with one partner), but yeah, it is possible to show symptoms after only a few weeks, and in some cases a few days after contracting an STD. See your doctor and get some tests done.

Your risk was low, I would get tested for gonorrhea and NGU to be safe. wife's issues most likely not STD related.
