Could I get STD automatically?

I just want to know if everytime you have unprotected sex would you get STDs automatically? Especially syphilis , chlamydia, and gonorrhea.

Because I had an encounter before. One unprotected and 2 protected encounter with a guy (20yrs old) and I don't know his STD status. I need not to worry about HIV though since he showed me his test result and it was non-reactive. But im still thinking about other STDs.

The unprotected penetration lasted about 2-3 minutes and he didnt ejaculate. There was oral sex present also. All have no ejaculation, only precum. Protected sex though had ejaculation but I checked the condom and there was no leaks or holes.

Thanks for the answer in advance. Btw, I'll be getting tested soon I just don't know when yet bc of tight schedules. i just really want to know what are other opinions here so I can relieve my mind for awhile.

no.  The person you have sex with has to have an std to give you one.  So, it does not automatically happen.

However, I'd recommend a full screening.  Don't assume the worse.  You are likely just fine but find out for sure.
