Anal herpes or hemorroids

3 days ago I had anal intercourse with a condom the day before i noticed i had a lump that looked like a hemorroid but it didnt hurt or itch, the day of the intercourse i was bleeding a bit from my anus and i notice 2 small cuts which i tought it was normal in anal intercourse. The day after i was feeling pretty uncomfortable in my anus and it started to itch, today is the 3rd day after intercourse and i feel very itchy but it doesnt burn. I took a mirror and looked at my anus to see if I was able to recognize if it was a blister or a hemorroid and after looking at the area I am confuse im not sure if is an outbreak or a rupture hemorroid. Need help. My partner did use a condom for anal intercourse and I remember not having any itchiness or pain the day before the intercourse. I am positive for hsv2, but never had outbreaks in my anal canal. My questions are: 
1. Do herpes blisters appear inside the anal where we pass stool or around it? (The last two times i had a blister was in the cheek close to the anus but not really in the anal canal) 
2. How can i tell if is an outbreak or a hemmorroid 
3. Was my partner exposed to herpes even using protection? He did fingered me after intercourse.

Hi almost certainly a hem as herpes would be very painful. the itchness comes from feces getting into the open cut.

Ok thanks for the replying i was just confused because i never get ob on ky anus but in my butt chicks. I know how painful and itchy sores are but i was confuse because i had anal sex and i am pretty sure i had the fissures because of the anal intercourse. Can you please let me know if he was exposed to the virus if he used protection?

using protection puts you at zero risk if no other part of his genital area made rubbing contact with yours butt area

Thanks for replying again i really appreciated, we dindt perform anal sex without protection but my concern was that after the first round the second round he fingered me when i already noticed some anal bleeding when i wiped myself and im not sure if he touched his genitals after fingering me. The concern if is my anal discomfort after 2 days was really an ob or not since i never had lessions in my anus before so im not quite sure how it feels. But like i mentioned before i did checked my self the night before the enountered and  i didnt have any visible lessions.You mentioned above that a hem as herpes is very painful. Can you explain what is a hem? And also what you trying to say is that i would have known if is was a herpes lession in my anus since it should be so painful as you mentioned? Im sorry i asked so many questions im just concerned. By the way today is the 4th day after the encountered and i dont feel so itchy or painful in my anus anymore so i guess it was just because the intercourse was kind of rough right?
