A little advice

I am a male in my 20s.  I had an encounter I should have avoided.  I came down with minor symptom.  I have a slight redness on the head of my penis. There is vitually no pain, if anything, mild discomfort at times.  I have not experienced any sores or blisters.  The redness only shows up when the skin is aggravated.  I was tested for an array of things minus herpes and hepatitus.  All came back negative and a doctor looked and said it was most likely a mild yeast infection.  I took an antiobiotic  fluco something...I have also been using Monostat for about 5 days.  Allthough the symptom appeared to have possibly lessened, I am not sure.  Does anybody have any advice outside of getting tested for the two i was not test for?

hey, thanx for replying to my post.i think this site is an awesome support and it is only made possible by people who take time to look at an answer questions so thanx again big time. it was one of those things where i woke up the next day and found out about it.  i know something happened but i dont know what. all i know is i dont carry condoms because i strictly refrain from loose sex. so if something happened i woud guess vaginal or oral unprotected. how long should flucanozole paired with monistat take?

What kind of encounter was this?  Unprotected sex?  Protected?  Oral?  Anal?

You took fluconazole, which is an antifungal, which works against yeast, but it can take some time.  I don't see any real reason to test for herpes as its only slight redness.  Hepatitis wouldn't give you this symptom.
