ARS / HIV??

About 2 days after unprotected sex with a girl I did not know I woke up with a sore throat and swollen tonsils.  Later that night I got the chills, headache, and a fever.  All were gone by the next day.  About 3-4 days after the initial "exposure" the lymph nodes in my neck became swollen and have been since (about 2 weeks now).  I've had a sore neck and some soreness around the genital area.  I don't know where the lymph nodes in groin are, but suspect that's what it is.  Also what feels like bruises on my thighs, can't remember any chances for bruising.  Just wondering my chances of possibly contracting HIV and it showing the ARS symptoms.

Understand that you have to wait about 6 weeks to get a conclusive test...so looking for some help until then
