I am having strong FEAR from STD

Help me please i am having fear i cannot control
my story is as follows:

one month ago i had a french kiss from a normal girl not a prostitue it lasted 30 seconds and then she gave me a hand job only.

one week ago i ad a sensual massage then i touched the girls **** and boobs for 20 min, touch her vagina without her removing her underwear. she used her boobs and **** to massage my back (i always have acne pimples on my back sometimes open sores that may have puss)

now i have a painfull limph node on the right of my neck and pain in the gorin area and feel tired and exhausted.

help me i am so scared what shall i do? i am scared to touch my wife
scared to play with my kids helllllllllllllp me

i am scared of HIV, Herpes, Syphilis, any other STD whatsoever

please reply to me fast i am too scared that i even think to kill myself

I can relate to your story and your feelings of anxiety.  Unfortunately for me I actually contracted something from my encounter, but what I contracted is still a mystery.  After many rounds of antibiotics, symptoms still persist, so trust me, I understand your feelings, but you have to listen to Grace and Vance.  What you participated in had no risk at all of contracting an STD.  Herpes from the kissing is the only thing you may have contracted, but if there were no sores evident, then you probably do not have to worry.  

Relax, try to calm down and get some rest.  If you can't put this to rest after a week, go see your doctor and ask to be tested for STD's.  Anxiety can intensify symptoms.  While the internet is a great research tool, it can also perpetuate our anxiety because we can read for hours about what we MIGHT have, which creates more anxiety.  Trust me, I know.  I'm no health professional, but I've done days of research on STD's to figure out what's wrong with me (the amount of hours spent can now be measured in days) and your risk of contracting an STD is probably 0.0000001%.  Take it easy, try to put this behind you and learn from this, and try to be the best husband that you can be to your wife and appreciate every minute that you spend with her.  As with me, I'm sure your experience has made you realize how much she means to you.  .

i saw in your profile you have been living with gentalil herpes how did u get that? what were the symtoms like. i am so sad to hear this. is it causing you a lot of problems in your life?

once again, you weren't at risk for a std. whatever is going on is either unrelated or anxiety most likely.

thank you very much perhaps it is the guilt because now i get a pimple any where in my body i think it is herpes or syphilis i go pass urine i feel a bit of pain i think it is goroneah and because my swalloen node i think i have HIV or else. but i dont understand why i have pain or pressure in the gorin area under the hair line. is this becuase i did not have sex for sometime now? as i isolated myself from my wife completely.

1. French kiss is safe and cannot transmit STD
2. Sensual massage cannot transmit STD
3. Hand job cannot trasnmit std
4. Massage using body to body contact excluding genetalias areas such as using boobs to rub my back is no risk

once again, you were not at risk for a std from this!

you were seen by your provider who felt this was probably sinus related. Don't let your guilt over having other partners make you think you had more of a risk than you did.

I got seen by a doctor yesterday for the only limph node i have swollen (right side neck only) he said it MAY BE my sinus causing that.

It is only one limph node painfull and swollen not all

Please advice what was the risk of STD from these activities i described?

oral herpes can be transmitted through kissing. we don't really consider oral herpes a std.  have you ever been tested for herpes before to know your own status?

many things can cause swollen lymph nodes. You need to be seen and get a proper work up done to try to figure out what is going on.

but why on other website they say u can get herpes from french kiss or even touching or skin to skin contact. can you please enlighten me on this i am scared to have sex with my wife. do you think i can have my normal sex life again with wife? why am i then having a swallen and painful limph node and pain in the gorin area under the hair line?

You did not have a risk for any STD. STD's have that name for a reason...you have to have SEX.
