Terrified of Syphillis

About 3 weeks ago, I received a blowjob from a Turkish CSW in Asia.  The CSW refused to kiss / lick any genital area that was not covered by the condom.  She licked my nipples quite a bit, and I did the the same to her.  She also was naked and her vagina was in contact with my thigh.  I did finger her and then used the same hands to take off the condom after I ejaculated with the blowjob.

Since then I have had no typical symptoms but did have a slight stiff neck and slight headache for a couple of days in between.  I was stupid enough to have oral sex with my fiance 3 days after this incident (I received unprotected fellatio) and full on sex with her 10 days after the encounter with the CSW.

without going into details, it is not possible for me to get tested and I am terrified of having contracted syphillis, chlaymidia or herpes, and more importantly having passed this on to my fiance. Someone please help - what are m chances of having caught an STI?  If I come clean to my fiance my marriage will be off.

Thanks so much for your response.  One follow up question on Syphilis specifically if you don't mind.  If I was exposed to it, can I pass it on before any primary chancres develop? That is before the typical 3 weeks?   Mostly worried about the sex with my fiance.  If no chancre yet when we had sex, is her risk for Syphilis generally non existent?

Hi, with syphilis she would need to have an open active chancre sore and you would need a sore or cut for the bacteria to enter, without either it cant be transmitted.
The bigger risk would be herpes from the oral sex and since you have a regular partner testing would be recommended for her protection.
