Am i at std risk?

I am a 23 year old bi-sexual.  I had my first experience with another male.  We performed  unprotected oral sex (receiving/giving) with each other for a short period of time no ejaculation occurred, and then he rimmed me.  He said that he doesn't have any stds and that he is hiv neg.  Like four days later, I have a sore throat and notice some white bumps back of my tongue.  Is there any chance of STD's or hiv?

Thanks Vance, for your quick reply.
I realized that I have tiny pin size bumps on the rim of the penis head like in a line.  Is it herpes or something else?

Getting an STD from oral sex is low risk. Here are you possibilities:
Giving: Gonorrhea, herpes and syphilis
Receiving: Gonorrhea, NGU, herpes and syphilis.

Like I said the risk is low but possible. Most oral STD's do not show symptoms as a sore throat and syphilis and herpes would not show that quickly.
