Anti bacterial gel?

Recently I had vaginal sex with a woman and afterwards we found out the condome had broken. 10 days later I was tested negative for STD's and HIV. So far so good. But I was worried sick for 10 days. My question is whether the use of an anti bacterial gel on your penis immediately after something like this happens could reduce the change of contamination for a man? Or are there any other measurements you can take that you can advice?

I don’t think so. If you take an HIV 4th gen Antibody antigen at 28-30 days it’s basically conclusive.

Thanks for the answer but I'm afraid it is a bit besite the question. It is clear that a virus will not be affected by an anti-biotic gel.  But how about the germs that cause gonorrea an chlamydia. I can imagine they will be affected (killed) if you use an anti- bacterial gel (one that helps against this kind of germs) immediately after unsafe sex, like I had, due to a broken condom? I hope someone can help me out with this question.
No.  You cannot prevent an STD after the fact by suing an anti-bacterial gel or soap.
