Antibiotic failurw on Tonsilopharyngitis

Hello Doctor,
I am a 28 year old male. On 11/1 I had a sexual encounter with CSW. She gave me an oral but i did not perform any oral sex on her. We kissed after.
After 2 days i felt pain on my throat, had fever. I did not do any culture.
I took 625 mg co-amoxiclav for 4 days twice a day but noticed that the exudates are not resolving so i shifted on using 1g co-amoxiclav for 3 days.
Nothing happened
So i took 1g co-amoxiclav twice a day for another 1 week but 8 days after the exudates are still there.
What shoukd i do next? I am very anxious and stressed already as this might be some form of an antibiotic resistance case.

Hi, you cant contract any throat std from your affair but maybe a common cold virus as antibiotics will not affect any virus and thats why it not working. Since your stressed out about this have a doctor check you throat to make sure all is ok.

Thank you. Dave but i am not sure if viral pharyngitis causes exudates so i know it is bacterial for sure.
