Anxiety Attack

Four days ago, I recklessly allowed a massage therapist to place my penis in her mouth for about 20 seconds before instructing her to stop. Ejaculation occurred after it was removed. In additioned to being guilt ridden beyond belief, I am concerned about the risk of std to me and my wife of twenty years. Although I have not had any discharge, my urethrea has been sensitive, or at least I imagine that it is. Two days after the encounter, I began a regeiment of 500 mg Cipro every twelve hours and took three before I realized this would probably screw up any testing without clearing all of the potential threats.

I'm looking for advice on what to do now.

Cipro is not the choice for treating STD's so it could have, but it might not have.

reckon the Cipro would have killed the gonorreah if I had gotten that? Masseuse was female and no other contact was made, other than the massage. Location is not on West Coast.

Also if symptoms are to appear they normally appear in 1 week but could take up to 1 month. Not everyone will get symptoms, but most of the time men will...something like 90% of men will.

That is a decision you have to make. I can't tell you because I can't tell you that you didn't get anything. Chance is you didn't but I just can't say. Only a test can.

Without symptoms, how long should I wait before resuming sex with wife?

Chance is you did not get an STD from that limited exposure. I would recommend being mindful of any symptoms...discharge or burning while urinating. Don't check yourself every hour or anything like that, just look at your underwear at the end of the day and see if you have any stains that are not normally there.

I see no need to test at this time. But if you choose to test then you need to wait i believe 2 weeks for the medication to clear your system.
