oral sex and STD?

well my case is that i received unprotected oral sex about 9 weeks.. at 8 weeks i had a fever, but so did other family member and i took medication.. it went away for both of us but then i had sneezing nose and flu like symptoms and my family member did not.. after a week (now) i noticed little red dots on my penis it looks like a rash and i am scared it might be genital herpes because i also felt a tingling inside my penis... 1)can it be hsv-2?   2)can this be late ARS from hiv? 3) what other std can it be syphillis maybe? 4) if an std was transmited to me could hiv come along and be easy to acquire this way?

thank you for answering i though nobody was gonna... i just have a few question regarding std because in hiv prevention they said i should post here and said that hiv test was not necessary so im ok regarding that. i notice red dots are not really red dots but kind of little blisters with no pain and i have been touching my penis excesively last weeks because of paranoia and fears of contracting something. i do remember having an oral sore 18 days after the encounter (if its worth mentioning)... i read that herpes appears 10-20 days after exposure this genital symptoms happened 70 days after doesnt make much sense
so what tests should i get??

You did not get HIV from this encounter.

herpes, syphillis and hpv are your main concerns. the good ews is oral sex is a low risk activity, virtually zero for hiv , so you can rule out HIV.

The little red dots can mean a million of things often not std related. If you do not have anyother symptoms or pains, i wouldnt worry to much about this.
