Any chance of getting STD

Dear Doctors,

First of all, let me express my appreciation to ur work in thIs forum advising and educating us. Let's go to the point.

I am a Chinese male living in Hong Kong. I regularly visit massage parlor, you know those "ending happily". So far, I only received hand jobs from the masseuses. I had never touched their genital areas. But I start panicking since last night. As usual, I received a massage from a girl and ended up with HJ. I discovered that her hands were rough so I took a look at her hands, but there was no visible open sores ,cuts and blood on her hands. The roughness was due to small bumps on palms but they are so tiny and no redness observed. I also asked if she had blood test before and she said she had had and nothing abnormal. But I just couldn't stop thinking that, what if, her rough palms might indicate secondary syphilis as syphilis could take many different appearances. Therefore, I am seeking your opinions on:

1) Am I at risk of contracting syphilis by such exposure?
2) How about other STDs and HIV?
3) Do I warrant a test?

Thank you for your attention.
