Any std or not.???

Hello doctor...
Last year in feb i have unprotectd sex with a girl and after 2 months ...i have some yellow discharge from penis . I went to doctor and he said its gonorhea den he gave me medcines... and i will b cured within some days ...
Then he ask for vdrl test only and dat was negative...
Bt i have some redness smegma and itichinh stii aftet that...
Den in january 2018 i feel more redness...
But u didnt feel to ask nd go to some doctor
In march i asked some doctor online and he said to wash properly and use betnovate c
And i di dat..bt i dnt feel much improvmnt
Den march last i have intercouse with someone and that was protectd... and she just give a blowjob for 5-10 seconds...and then after 20 days there was more redness...glans and foreskin both... red patch with litle fungus but no itch or pain...
And i m not circumcised...i went to doctor he checked and said balanoposthtis..and gave me some medicns and now it is all ok...
I just want fo ask is i have to do any test...

So first, forgive me. I am old and uncool, and don't understand young people language, but I will do my best. If I miss something, let me know.

So you had unprotected sex over a year ago, tested positive for gonorrhea, and got treated. Do you remember what medicines you got for that? Did you get a shot?

Assuming you got treated properly for that, and you've had no other sex partners than what you describe, you don't need any other testing. It sounds like your doctor is correct with the diagnosis, especially since your symptoms responded to the treatment.

If you've never had an HIV test, you should get one, but I wouldn't worry overly much about that.
