Anyone know what i have?

Im pretty sure that i have an STD. im not totally sure though.
my guess would be Trichomonas i have been having this problem for at least 3 noticeable months. at first it was just light discharge and very intolerable itching inside the vagina. Now the discharge has turned yellow/green. it is not always the same color but it's always in this "family of colors" it has gotten really heavy and the smell is so embarrassing. I always have some form of this it never completely goes away. usually when im on my period the symptoms "slow down" but then about a week after they fire back up really heavily again. sometimes it can be painful during intercourse, sometimes it isnt. sometimes at it's worst i think that my urethra is swollen as well. I do know that i do have HPV. about 2 years ago i had a LEEP procedure done do to precanerous cells on my cervix. all in all my main symptoms are itchy, swollen, smelly and green/yellow discharge. sometimes at it's worse my whole private area will itch but for the main part it's more inside the vagina that itches the most. i know that i need to go to the doctor asap. that is a given. i know that there's no home treatment that i can do. i just get embarrassed about this stuff and i would rather just keep it to myself, not have sex so that i do not spread whatever it is i have, and just deal with it.  I just want to cry all the time. I feel hopeless. I know it's my own fault but it's not fair that other people can get med assistance and i can't. my parents don't support me. I have been without a job since Jan. of 2009 because i was laid off. No one is hiring in this town so I go to college for the time being. I should probably give up and deal with it

Only advice is to see a Dr. Can't really give you a diagnosis from symptoms. STD...possible, other infection...possible.

I really would hate to go to the doctor, but at this point im willing. I wish I could go. I have no money, or insurance. The places around here either want money up front or I already owe them money and they won't see me.

You have a problem and no place will diagnosis you online, a Dr is the only option. Call around and look for places that work on a sliding scale or free clinics.
