Asia

Hi,
Had unprotected sex with csw in thailand few weeks ago on business trip. Over past few weeks have rash on penis and "ars like symtpoms"not feeling well at all.  Went to doc at 4.5 week after and got all test come back negative.  My qeustions is do U.S. STD test catch all type of Asian STDS (hiv types/subtypes) ? If not how do I get tested for them?

STD's are common, they are not generalized to one area. You would have to tell me what you tested for so I could tell you if you need other/further testing.

asked doc for full std test at 4.5 week after (took blood/ urine). all negative for clymidia, ghonera, herpes, hiv, shyphills, etc etc.,  but still dont feel well,  sweating bad at night for 2 weeks now. girlfriend seems to be feeling ill as well.   I hear HIV at 4.5 week not reliable and certain types of hiv like ones in asia are not tested for in U.S ?  Is this true?
I still have rash on penis over 3 weeks now.(rash is not herpes as per my doc).

HIV is HIV all over the world. It is conclusive at 3 months. Syphilis is conclusive at 6 weeks and herpes is conclusive at 4 months.

You might have a cold or the flu. Sweating bad at night is not linked to any STD.
