OK, so I'm a little freaked out. 2 weeks ago, I went to a massage parlor and I got a happy ending. She gave me oral with a condom (she put the condom with her mouth, mouth never touched my penis) and we had vaginal for like 2 minutes. When we finished, I took the condom off and she wiped me with hot wet towels she had in an electric pot. I got another towel and wiped myself.

Next day I started to itch all over my pubic region, thinking it could be jock itch I applied medicine for jock itch. A few days later I keep itching (even all over my body)  and now my urethra is swollen, it hurts, stings and itches, to the point where my left testicle hurts, my left leg hurts and part of my abdomen.

I went to a doctor and he revised my penis and told me that I didn't have herpes, I would know it if I did. He told me herpes are little red dots in clusters and hurt very much. he said it must be a UTI and gave me antibiotics.

5 days later I went to follow up with my doctor, he told me it might be a kidney stone, but I'm freaking out it might be herpes. My girlfriend is asking me why we don't have sex (we haven't had sex in a month) and we have 2 babies. I'm freaking out only to think I have herpes, because my gf likes touching my penis and my butt during the night, what if I passed to her, or if I kiss my babies, or if I kiss my grandma am I going to infect them????

I don't have any rashes or nothing, just my urethra stings and I see like a little (very small) cut at the top of it. I also don't want to infect my gf, babies or grandma.

what could it be? what should I do? what are the chances of catching something in those circumstances?

Regards,

James

if this swelling and pain is new since you were last seen, return to your provider for further work up.

you don't have anything on your hands std wise to give to babies.

Ok so it's a few days later and I hurt all of this time, 3 days ago, my foreskin got swollen and I had small very very tiny bumps (color of my skin)  in the head of my penis. They don't hurt much, but still some part of my penis burns. At some point I felt my left kidney area hurting bad.  Also I feel like the burning goes all the way to my leg and buttocks. My leg hurt also. My girlfriend was touching my penis the other night and touching herself... last night she told me she had a pain in the abdomen, back and went' all the way to her leg. I've been cleaning my penis and applying a cream the doctor gave me, but I'm afraid that if it is I might spread it into my hands, and I have to take care of the babies as well =( Any suggestions? Thanks

this was all protected, no real reason for std testing.

thnak you so much grace for your response. Yeah I've been freaked out very much, specially because this was the first and last time I've done something like this. If I touch my penis, it stings and hurts and the pain goes all the way to my foot. Also I feel like my butt cheeks are itching from the inside sometimes. Some days it doesn't hurt as much and some days hurts quite a bit. Nummess sometimes on my leg as well as some back pain on the side.

I didn't a allow the massage lady to use any lotion or oil on me that day. I've been also thinking about a bacteria in the wet towell.

I didn't tell the doctor I had a sex encounter because he's a very close family's friend. Do you think I should get a full STD test?

Thanks

James

this was a protected encouner. odds are none of this is std related. many times the massage lotions/oils they use are very irritating - you can actually get a chemical urethritis from them.

no reason to think herpes. none of your symptoms sound like herpes at all plus you were examined and they saw no signs of herpes.

you have not put your partner or any other family member at risk of anything if you really do have something contagious going on.
