Being Rimmed risks

Ciao guys!
Ever since last time i posted and tested in terms of hiv, i casted all the fears of hiv out of my mind.
Here is sth new about being rimmed(being licked on my anus)
The poplar wis goes like that there are several kind of risk, but not really likely for the receiver in the rimming. i have also read through the archives here in this topic, but i dont get a clear and definite answer. The worst thing is that about several days ago one doctor in the expert forum replied one poster about receiving rimming with the ideas to be get tested for many things like Syph and many other STD infections.
Is there a real concern for that? i mean if i really need some tests to make me in the clear.
All i have is several light some contact like licking of CSW's tongues on my anus.
Grazie!

Hi

I will be probably the 3rd person to tell you not to worry about this, in one form or another.  You weren't at risk for anything really; yeah syphilis, and herpes (low low risk).. but you seriously shouldn't worry about these.   If by the next 3 weeks you continue to remain symptom-less then you are more than likely home free.

FYI: from a comment on your first post, if you perform annalings on someone, then the person who performed it, is at risk for Hep A and C.

Thanks4 u replay.
i mean it was just about 4 days ago i guess.
How long is about the alarming period? i mean in the last 4 days i am symptom free, but i just dont know how long i have to be so worried.
what about the period after which i can safely assume that i am clean without a test?
Thank you!

you've had no symptoms so we don't recommend any testing at all.

Thanku so much. I also read that Dr hhh said that "I never heard about a single case transmission of STD from mouth to anus. But it's theoretically possible." Do I need to test for Syphillis? When if yes. Thank u for ur insights Vance!

Wrong...people do help. This is a volunteer forum and we are not on here 24/7 so you need to be patient.

You were rimmed...you had no risk for a STD.
