I had some sexuals encounter, with a women that i didnt know well. Since 5 days i have this on my nose:

Im really worried that it can be syphilis or some another stds, what do you think? I will get tested first in 3 weeks. Thanks in advance for your help

I think it's herpes.
For Syphilis it would take more then a week to show and it would mostly be an open chancre. Also the location is pretty ackward for a Syphilis chancre as the chancre would occur on the location which rubbed over the chancre of your partner.
But anyway to that you get tested in 3 weeks, but maybe you could show the nose to your doctor so that if it hurts etc he can give you some medication to get rid of this sooner.
