You do NOT need to worry at ALL about HIV from your encounter. Risks for HIV are simple and well known. They include having unprotected vaginal sex, unprotected anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. These are the only ways someone will get HIV and since this is not the case for you, you will NOT get HIV from what you describe. Zero risk there.
Most everything else is also not a risk. Hand jobs are no risk. Kissing is no risk. And the risk you had was really from getting and receiving oral sex. This is lower risk for std's (again NO RISK FROM ANY OF YOUR ACTIVITY FOR HIV). You do not need to test for std's from the low risk of getting and receiving oral sex unless you develop symptoms.
Unprotected oral sex carries only a theoretical risk for HIV. I wouldn't worry about that.
We have no information on whether it was in the US or not. In some countries with higher prevalence of Hep B or syphilis it might be a good idea to test for those.
Other than that, the only real risk was herpes.
Heya. Your last sentence "was there a risk". Short answer is yes. However it is not a huge risk and heres why!
The main sex act of insertion was protected which takes away the risk from some of the most known STIs - Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV and Syphilis which is good so well done. There would have been skin to skin contact around the pubic area which has a slight chance of warts, herpes and syphilis BUT when you preformed oral sex on her you would have seen any blisters if there were any. No blisters means no risk which means we can rule that out (syphilis is uncommon in developed countries and still not massive in undeveloped countries so would not worry about that).
You preformed oral sex on her - It is extremely rare to get anything this way as the bugs are inside the vagina - with licking the vagina and even probing it with your tongue, the risk is so small so not worth mentioning.
The biggest risk is her preforming oral sex on yourself. I say biggest but experts do not recommending testing after a single event. The risks would be chlamydia, gono, syphilis mainly but it is not likely as enzymes in the saliva kill off a lot of the bacteria.
ALSO the event was 3 and a half MONTHS ago. If you have not had any symptoms it really is not a big deal and not worth worrying about however it is always wise to have regular testing if you are sexually active just to look after yourself but this event does not concern me at all.
