Brief unprotected oral sex with symptoms.

I met someone in Guam and had too much to drink and made a really bad decision. He performed brief unprotected oral sex on me for 10-30 second total. I then performed even briefer oral sex on him lasting anywhere from 5- 10 seconds then we had protected sex. Three days later I noticed a yellow discharge from my penis with no pain. No pain while urinating or pain in my testicals. I did noticed that i developed a cough with a sore throat. On the morning of the 5th day I again noticed yellow discharge and still had a cough. I went to my doctor and got a STD panel done. My doctor thinks I'm over reacting but im not so sure. Its been 8 days and I have no disharge or any penile discomfort only swollen left tonsil and small random tiny yellow specs in my mouth that could be nothing at all. What are the chances that I've contracted something either by penis or in my mouth. I can't stop thinking about it, my doctor said it would take 2 weeks to get the results. It cant be coincidence that these symptoms developed 3 days after this encounter. I contacted him and of course he freaked out got offended and blocked me after  saying hes clean and got tested 2 months ago so who really knows. Im married and never done anything like this before so I'm very worried. Any help or insight would help greatly, thank you.

Hi, having a yellow discharge would indicate and std like gono but there would also be burning while urinating. With out that its very doubtful its gono. But since your married test for the below at the correct window periond.
1. Gono----7 days
2. syphilis----6 weeks
3. herpes----3 months
I would obstain from intimacy with your wife till the tests come in as is for her protection.

Something that I didn't mention, the next night, I had long and rough protected sex with a woman. The next day is when i noticed the discharge. Again, the discharge was only once, skipped a day and then i noticed it the morning that I went to go get tested. Could the two instances of yellow discharge be because of the long rough sex?
