Small white pimple just inside anus

Hi,

Today, i noticed while sitting some slight discomfort. My wife mentioned to me yesterday AM about noticing a few pimples on my butt cheek, so I thought I better have a look given the new discomfort. I went and had a good look in the mirror and noticed nothing unusual about my rectum. I spread it out more, and can see a single white pimple type thing about a 1/2 inch in. it doesn't hurt to touch it or anything .... I'm kind of thinking the general discomfort I've having from sitting is due to a bit of diarrhea I had yesterday. But I will say, now that I was spreading thigns back there the discomfort is more prevalent.  Should I be concerned about this bump? Could this be an STD of some sort? I don't have anything else around my genital area, other than some silght irritation from dry skin where my leg attaches to my groin. That is something I've had for years, and can generally count on it happening if I sweat alot down there, or the season changes (which it has as of late -- i.e. dry skin being winter is coming)

Please help as I am quite concerned -- i did receive unprotected oral 2.5 - 3 mos ago, but all as been find to date.

Herpes appear as blisters and not bleeding cracks.  If you had a herpes blister, you would know for they are quite painful.  I know this for a fact.  And a primary herpes outbreak will occur at the site of infection.  After, it can appear anywhere in the genital area.  Let it go, please.  You said it yourself stress causes you to get prostatis.  And std's don't cause your penis to get shorter.  I have no more information for you on this.  If anyone else has anything to add, they will.  Some patience would be appreciated.

Btw, my concern is more about the irritation in my groin now.  Given my prostate seems to be bothering me more last night/today than in a long time. Stress? Embarrasing, but my penis seems to be quite short compared to normal - in my mind, I'm attributing this to blood flow.

So, given the sore type areas are how I described (think / / but with some vertical seperation), which is not typical for me. Say, herpes isn't a possibility? They are right in the fold of flesh where my leg attaches, as mentioned. I'm slightly overweight so the area may not get much air at times ...

Not an std.  Please stop worrying. Oral std's are very very rare and therefore so is getting one.  If you have not had anything going on other than dry patches after almost 3 months, you really don't have anything to worry about.

Uhh -- I should have been more specific. the cuts aren't the typical shape ... they're not usually something I could describe as a cut; more of a dry irritated patch of skin that will bleed if I happen to scratch it too much.

Might I add, I have no clue of this persons sexual history, but Do get the feeling it's quite extensive, and not generally safe.  As well, the dry skin I mentioned is split, and consists of 2-3  quarter in long "cuts" that aren't very painful - again, this part has been reoccuring for me for sometime; and if it wasn't for the unprotected oral I wouldn't fret too much.  Lastly, I feel some prostate "pressure", but I do have a history of prostititis even though I'm just 30 ( just not common for someone my age) - my prostate does act up with stress though ...  And I'm kind of freaking out about this.
