Bump on foreskin

I am a 26 year old male. Around 6 months ago I found a bump on the top of my penis fairly close to the end of my foreskin. It is skin-coloured upon close inspection but from a distance it looks almost as if it is white. The bump is no more than a few millimetres across. I thought nothing of it as I often get bumps on my shaft from hair follicules. However, this has continued to plague me. I am unfortunately in a desolate area and do not have regular access to a doctor with the proper training. Recently (around 4-5 months after noticing the bump), a second small bump with a similar character (yet smaller) has developed close to the first one. They are painless and not at all itchy. Furthermore, they cannot be popped, and if they do, they just bleed. I think they may be molloscum but neither of the bumps possess the depressed dimple in the middle. Is it possible these bumps are molloscum? Or what do these symptoms suggest?

I have what sounds like exactly the same thing. Have tried to pop them and it just seems to go red like its bring blood to the surface. Mine are only about 1 mm in size and are both right next to each other. They came up one at a time. And have noticed them for maybe about four to five months. They never hurt or itch just sit there not looking quite right. If you find out what they are let us know.
