Bump on shaft of penis

I have gotten a bump on the shaft of my penis yesterday and I was obviously concerned about it. I needless to say observed it closesly and noticed this morning that it has decressed in size. I was more red than today, now its become more of my skin colour again, but it is still there. Im concerned that it is a wart. It has been 3 weeks since the last time I had sex. Since I have done some reading on the topic I came across this site. So whats the hurt on asking for your opinion. I also have read that it takes a few weeks to a few months for a wart to go away on its own. It has decresed in size by about half within a day.

Not a wart , you wouldnt see anything decrease in one day.

STDs do not work that way.

Warts (HPV) also doesn't appear in three weeks. Don't worry about it.
