Bumps on Prepuce

Hi,

From last month, i am seeing rough dots( little bump) under my foreskin. They are tiny, no pain, no itch, no burn feelings and skin colored. They are tiny and only two showed up. This is second time they are showing up. last year around September same bumps showed up.

I had a protected sex earlier - four year ago. I used a condom all throughout. No direct contact. After that no sexual contact.
My question is -
1. Are the dots/bumps are Genital Warts ? If yes, how to diagnose or get help ?
2. Last year around October, I went to a Doc, he said its some kind of wart. He diagnosed me with a skin cream and then with a tablet. Bumps went away after 2 weeks. But I could not drag my foreskin up (when erected) since then.
3. Are they going to affect my marriage life ? My wife is in risk?

I am worried a lot, could you please help me ?

warts don't come and go. follow up next time you have symptoms and go from there.

Thanks a lot in fact.
I am going to show this to a dermatologist soon. But it is kind of come and go type. When it goes, its kind of disappears leaving white loose skin. I am worried whether it is a wart or some rash that comes and goes.

have you been back to be seen for your rashes? I know it's a pain to keep going to be seen but it's the best thing you can do to get answers.

Issue is it shows up and then went away. Like now it is almost going away... Kind of vanishing. And this thing worries me. Does warts go away ? Its just bump - rough, whitish bumps. Pictures I have seen are almost similar to Warts. I am in great depression. Douts still remaining -
1 - Does warts goes away after certain time and reappear?
2 - Does they cause issue at later point of time? Like some bigger warts etc?
3 - What is most common symptom? Like pain/itch or something like that of warts ?
4 - Why it goes away? This time i am almost sure that they are warts etc. Because it came back exactly 1 year later.

Please help sir.

they didn't think these were much of anything the last time. odds are it isn't std related this time either. return to be seen for a proper exam for peace of mind :)
