Burning tongue and pain ejaculating from oral sex?

Hi,

I gave another male a blowjob about 7 weeks ago... A day or two later I started feeling my tongue burning. 10 days afterwards I had a swab, urine tests and bloodwork (gonorrhoea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV, hep) - all negative. Then I had HIV and syphilis repeat at 6 weeks - negative. I still have this odd feeling of a burning tongue and recently pain when ejaculating... What could it be? Can you advise on what further testing I should consider?

Thanks

@AndyD1 please keep me posted. I have similar symptom. But burning is on the outline of lips not tongue. Now under tongue is extremely reddish/purplish.  Which I believe with white little pimple  Look at the base. If u can keep me posted on your condition please. As I will do the same. But I tested for HIV and herpes and both came back negative. Except for herpes one. Which the clinic told me its not cause of oral. It was passed on. I forgot the word she use. Starts with an H. So I'm pretty sure 9 days after exposure was way to soon. So will test soon after a few weeks!!!

It may not neccessarily be a STD. But please see a doctor.
