Can I get Chlamydia from my dog?

Like 5 years ago I was young and stupid and I let my dog lick my girl privates , I always cleaned afterwards etc etc anyway, I have a chlamydia screening coming up and I’ve never had sex before and I’m terrified it’ll come back with positive results and it’ll be because I got chlamydia from my DOG. I found that  chlamydia in dogs is a different bacteria than that found in humans which basically should be enough to make the assumption it is impossible to get the SAME disease or strain of chlamydia from ur dog however I found several sources that claim the worst that could happen is a UTI or a yeast infection but I’ve also seen threads that claim it could be possible?
