Can I get STD from making out, genital touching?

I had a girfriend and we used to touch each other (just touch) and we never had sex, penis and vagina never touched the other and never even got close at all, but we sometimes got naked. I just used to kiss and suck her nipple and touch her down there ( never fingered), she cummed on my finger, and I also cummed on hers. No Oral or anal or vaginal sex at all. that's all that happened. Am I in danger of an STD? I am a virgin and never had sex in my life, but not sure about her. I just worry too much
