Can this be some kind of std or infection?

Dear Doctor,
My girlfriend started to notice some very small dots forming on her lip and she is afraid that she is infected by some kind of disease. I've kissed her vigina and then kissed her lips and then after i left, she started to notice some dots on her lip. I'm not sure if this can be std or some kind of infection, please help me out.

It "could" be MCV - a viral skin infection that children get mostly, but can be transmitted through intercourse, swimming in the same pool, using the person's wet towel, skin to skin contact etc etc.  No known cause, so no cure, but there is treatment.  And there is no real harm other than a nasty itchy rash and the possibility of it lasting 2 years if not treated.

See a doctor soon as you can.

Well, the best thing she can do is get seen by a doc.  If she doesn't have insurance, than she can go to Planned Parenthood or an STD clinic.

Well after a day of having the small bumps on her lip, she told me it started to itch and burns a little and i asked if she can see the bumps clearly, and she said she can see small white dots. I'm thinking it just might be some allergic reactions, but I'm worried that it might be some form of infections like std or others =[

Its also way too fast to develop symptoms of an std.

This is probably a bacterial infection that she could have gotten anywhere, or perhaps an allergic reaction to something.

She should have her doc look at it.  If he thinks its oral herpes, tell her to INSIST that he culture the area, and not just do a visual diagnosis.
