Do i have a std?

In august, i had a protected oral and protected penetration sexual intercourse
With young prostitute. After maybe 2 months, some red dots was appearing on my gland. I have been tested 3 months after exposure for any std that can be tested with an urine sample. The doctor gave me some cream and the dots are gone. They appear time to time but quickly heal with the cream....is this a sign of std's.....

You have to keep treating fungal infections for a full week after the rash is gone. If you don't do so, they often come back quickly.
If you are afraid of hiv and herpes, why not get tested for them to know your status? If you only had urine std testing , then you only had testing for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

Yes I did....same story... He want me to not stress about this. But I am...can't help it. Im afraid of hiv and all thoses incurable stds... The same week that i had my apointement, i had a Fungal ring in my back...but i put some cream that the doctor prescribe me for the red dots and it got away two days later...what do you think?
many things can cause testicle pain. also just masturbating in general, especially without a good lube, can cause the glans to turn red.

If it's a fungal infection, when i have an episode, is it normal that my left testicle hurt? And when i masturbate that my gland turn dark red?
you can get a type specific herpes igg blood test to see what your herpes status is.
really makes no difference if it was a striper, a hooker or a random gal you met - risk is still the same though you had protected sex which makes your risk minimal.
it's not unusual for fungal infections to be bothersome and come back either.

when you were seen, what did your provider think was going on?
did you have herpes testing as part of your std testing? it's typically not a part of routine std testing.
