Candida/Viral STD/Fungal infection

So, I'm a middle aged white male and made a mistake one night. I received oral from another man for about two minutes, it was unprotected. I am extraordinarily worried I caught something. I've been tested for chlamydia/gonorhea/syphilis all negative. I've done a oral dose of 2g Azithromycin, 10 days of cipro, 10 days of flagyl, and completing 10 days of doxycycline. I have what appears to be thrush in my mouth and a sensitivity on my penis. And what appears to be bumps around my penis heads. The bumps don't pop orlet out any puss or anything. I've not had discharge or anything. I do occasionally have phantom "drips" from my penis but no discharge at all, just the sensation. I was also tested for HSV 1 and my PCP indicated a level of 16 and explained I've certainly had hsv1 for a long time already. My question is could I have caught something else that hasn't been treated already? Am I at risk for HIV? Oh at 4weeks I tested negative for HIV as well. My doc prescribed me nystatin oral and cream for penis head. He seems to believe it is candida overgrowth but I'm not 100% sold. I would appreciate and input, and I'd certainly like to move on from this. I'm just very worried. Oh last thing, I've been to an ENT and said I've got geogrpahic tongue. He wasn't too informative. Thank you.

Barring the HIV part of the Q should I be concerned? Or what could be the issue?
