How accurate is a negative Chlamydia and Gono result 11 days after contact?

11 days ago I had unprotected sex with a woman I don't know. The doctor said the incubation period could be up to 14 days. I have no symptoms. If my test tomorrow comes back negative how accurate is that?

Almost certain means close to certain and those men that dont show symptoms are with chlamydia. When men get gono they get big time infections and its very obvious you have it at day 5. Chlamydia is more mild but there would be some kind of urethra itch at day 5 but men might think it something else like sitting wrong. But even with chlamydia a light puss discharge should show up at week 1.
Bottom line is testing at day 5 is a good window but you can wait and test after 1 month if you prefer.

Thank you much for your response. When you say "almost certain" what does that mean? A lot of the websites I have gone to say that 25% of men don't experience symptoms. Does your statement mean that IF I was going to have symptoms I would of had them by now, or did you mean I am potentially in the 25% who don't have symptoms?

Hi, if you have no symptoms after 11 days its almost certain you dont have anything. In almost all cases at day 5 you would have white puss discharge and burning while urinating with gono and an urethra itching and slight puss discharge with chlamydia and testing at day 11 would be conclusived  with most std professionals.
