Chances of having herpes?

So about 3 months ago I had unprotected sex (not to my knowledge until afterwards) for about 5 minutes. It was my first time having sex, ever with a promiscuous guy. It was a stupid decision and I regret it but I was really drunk and didn't know what was going on. I also gave him unprotected oral sex. He told me before we had sex that he was tested for everything including herpes and was negative. A couple of days after having sex my vagina was REALLY itchy. Like the itchy where I couldn't keep my hand out of my pants but I didn't notice any sores and the itching went away within two days. I assumed it was just a yeast infection that I never treated. Now, about 6 weeks later, I notice hundreds of tiny (like head of a pin, tiny) nude colored bumps underneath the skin all over my vagina (meaning labia minora). They're very shiny and kind of feel like sand granules underneath the skin. I also have a tiny bump that kind of looks like a pus-filled pimple right at the opening of my vagina on the bottom. It doesn't itch or hurt or anything and is very small. It has been present for over a week and hasn't popped or scabbed over or anything. I also have something that kind of looks like a wart on the top of my anus. It looks like a piece of skin kind of and is skin colored. I also noticed some tiny flesh colored bumps under my tongue and on the side of my tongue. I called the guy I had sex with and asked him if he had been tested recently and he said he had last week and tested negative for everything including herpes. I am planning on going to the gyno some time next week but am having serious anxiety about the whole thing. I am SO worried because I am only 19 years old and have my whole life ahead of me. I feel like my life will be ruined if I have something that can't be cured. What do you guys think?

I have had these 2 dark red colored flat like bumps under the skin in my pubic area, like on the right side on my pubic area but near my leg. they have been there for like 3 months now. then as of 2 months ago, I developed another one of those lumps under the skin, but this time on the left side in the pubic area except its closer to my vagina lip between there and my leg. I put warm compresses on it and it goes down, but never goes away. Now most recently I trimmed my pubic hair about 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago I found 2 small red bumps that kinda hurt but not bad in my pubic hair around the hair follicles like right above where my vagina lips start at the top. I figured that the first set of bumps I got were from shaving, so I stopped and no more new bumps occurred....then I trimmed like I said 2 weeks ago and the 2 new red bumps appeared. Ive been looking up things on herpes and It says that it usually causes blisters, I havent seen blisters but I'm still worried sick

I just went to the gyno today. Turns out I have nothing haha. I was worried for nothing and the area was just irritated from having sex without lube. Thanks for everything though, you made me feel better while I was freaking out.

No, I haven't.  But you should ask these questions in the herpes forum.  I just wanted to tell you that life can go on.

The only thing that comes to my mind because of the pimple is maybe syphillis.  But your life will not be ruined.  I got herpes when I was 19.  Yes, I was devastated.  But I am now in my 30's and have a child.  And actually, I have had less than 10 noticeable outbreaks in the last 6 years.  Before that it had been 3 years between outbreaks.  Viral shedding is a concern but there are many couples in which one person has herpes and the other doesn't.

As far as HepC and HIV, well, I cannot really help on those because I don't have either.  But people live long lives with those diseases.  Your life will only be ruined by thinking negatively.

I don't just mean herpes - but does anyone know what it could be if not herpes?
