Chlamydia still?

I found out I had chlamydia(I tested negative for all other stds & hiv) in April I took 2 zithromax pills and told to that that it would take a week for the Chlamydia to clear out of my system. Well the zithromax gave me a severe yeast infection and I was still having slight discharge, so  went back to the gyno 2 weeks after taking the zithromax. She said even though chlamydia was suppose to be out of my system within a week I was still having the discharge cause my body was releasing all the"dead" bacteria and for the yeast infection I used antifungal cream and the dr told me they usually test ppl after 3 monts but since my annual pap is in august I was told to just got retested then. But for 2 months after that visit I still had occasional discharge(yellow-greenish). I would go for weeks and not experience any discharge, but occasinally I would  after urinating and wiping there would be discharge(yellow-greenish) but this time there was no itching, no buring and it wasnt heavy and daily &It continued that way for 2 months no discharge for weeks, then one day I would experince discharge after urinating, and then for a week or two I wouldnt see any discharge. I havent had sex since march I've been to afraid too. I have a gyno visist in two weeks, do u think the discharge I experienced could have possibly still been chlamydia? Do you think when I get re-tested in two weeks it will come back positive for chlamydia?

is it possible that the discharge I was experiencing could possibly be bacterial vaginosis?

Wow, to be honest I don't know. If you still had the symptoms on a daily basis then I could say yes, but symptoms off and on, well STD's really don't do that.
