I've been visiting to a massage and the massage girl touch my testicals with her hand for a couple of minutes. Later i asked her to stop and now i'm worried that this kind of touching can cause STD or hiv!

You are at no risk for Sti from a massage. Sti need unprotected anal, vaginal and very very rarely oral sex to transmit. I really wouldn't concern myself if I were you.
