Chlamydia that just wont go away

Been diagnosed with chlamydia 6 months ago, after couple of months of treatment of unspecific prostatitis.
All other tests negative: hiv 1&2, syphilis, hep b,c,gonorrhea and the urethral swab.
Treatment consisted: 1g Azithromicin first day, 500mg the second day and 10 days 100mg doxycycline.-unsuccessful.
Second try: 1g levofloxacin daily for 7 days- unsuccessful.
Third try: same as first one.-unsuccessfull.
Fourth try: Amoxicillin + Chlavuonic Acid 2g daily 10 days.-unsuccessful.
Fifth try: same as first one but also unsuccessful.
Sixth try: 1g Azitro. first day, 500 mg second day, and 200 mg of doxycycline for 10 days.

it appears that the last one is also unsuccessful as the symptoms although greatly diminished are still here.

Will you please share experiences or advice. My immune system is not compromised i'm fairly active 29 year old adult.

Well I finished the 10 day course of 200mg doxycycline 4 days ago, and the discharge and pinching inside urethra is back. Any advice as I'm sick of taking antibiotics...

Update: I got another 10 days of 200 mg per day of doxycycline. It seems that the bacteria still lives, and the saga continues..

Have you tried the injection?
oh, no my urologist is not prescribing that.
It’s actually a last resort, if cefixime 7 days, azyhtro for 7 days, and doxy for 10 days doesn’t work, they use an antibiotic and inject it(painful)

Update, i just finished 10 days course of 200mg of doxycycline daily + corticosteroid 5 days.
It seems that the pinching in the urethra has subsided, and the swelling is lowered significantly.

The only thing remaining is thick clear discharge, that comes out when the urethra is pressed, or after a long period of sitting. I'll do the tests in 30 days and get the verdict.

My case if different. There is no discharge when you press but I can still see some discharge on my underwear every morning. This is my 4th week now
Most likely the bacteria still lives, make sure you follow up with your doctor.I'm battling this 1 year officially.
Do you experience itchiness in penis foreskin?
No, if the foreskin is itchy then fungus is to blame.

It seems you were diagnosed with significant delay. I heard that this leads the bacteria to progress and become more rigid so maybe you need to continue consulting with your urologist and have it treated/checked at intervals ... You can't leave it live in your genitals as it leads to many complications... Maybe some additional drugs could be prescribed to you along with the antibiotics to increase effect.

Well there is that possibility that some organisms where in a quiescent metabolic state, and the antibiotics didn't kill them.So your assumption might be correct, ill try corticosteroids to induce growth and suppress the immune system + doxycycline to kill the active organisms.will see how it goes...
