Recovery time

Dear Dr,

I'm asian homosexual guy, 26yo. I get to know i'm having syphilis on April 2014, during my hospitalization because of Dengue viral Infection.  I have been treated for 3 dose of Penincillin G since then.
My question is, how long does it take to recover? I have done blood test at local clinic and VDRL and TPHA were positive on August 2014.
I have protected sex with my partners following the treatment. Does this means he is also at the risk of infection? Guide me please.

Thanks

Would probably be rejected with a positive test.

After medication you would be cured, but it may take several years for the tier number to go back to negative, so you may test positive for a very long time.
