Is this normal or should I be worried?

After being diagnosed with Gonorrhea, I was given a shot in my upper left buttocks. Everything was fine and it’s now been 10 days, but I still feel some soreness and a small lump at the injection site. Is this normal?

Hi yes as getting a needle in a muscle can cause an injury but check with your doc if your concerned
