Could I have an STD/ Herpes?

My last unprotected encounter happened over a month ago, but I recently noticed some discomfort during my period. I left a tampon in for too long and later noticed a small cut/ sore on my left in inner labia. It looks reddish white, but there's no pus and it's not a bump/ blister. I'm worried that it might be an ulcer signaling herpes, but I have a GYN appointment on Monday to find out for sure. I also feel a little bit of pain in my left pelvic area. I haven't been sick at all and it does not burn when I pee. I haven't felt itchy and I have no vaginal discharge. It might be TMI but I have pictures to help better reflect what I'm talking about on my account. Anyone know if this is a STD/ Herpes or am I just overreacting?

Herpes usually shows up 2-15 days after exposure with the average being 4 days. Not over a month later. While possible it's probably very rare. Nothing you describe sounds std related
