Continuing problems

Received unprotected oral sex from female had symptoms of itching and burning inside penis withing a day. Later diagnosed with an NGU and treated with Doxy (no success) and 30 days of Levoquin which seemed to help. Received oral sex again and the problems started back. There was no discharge at anytime, overtime the pain progressed to the inner part of my thighs as a burning sensation only if I sat or laid down for prolonged periods. The burning inside the penis is worse after ejaculation but usually lessens with time. I have been treated with Azithro, Levoquin, and Cipro and I am still having issues. Mainly the burning and pain after I sit for a while on the back side of my right testicle. I know prostate problems run in the family and I have seen a physician numerous times and he does not believe I have an std but is unsure of the problem. What is the likely hood that I might have an std, could this be a persistent uti or is there a posibility of it being something else. I know I have posted here a few times but I don't have insurance so all of the testing is getting really expensive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Seen the doc and he said prostate felt fine but still did a PSA test waiting on the results but I believe they should be fine. I tested my self for uti's using the AZO kits and all three test were neg. did two during the day and one the first time I urinated the next day. If it isn't a prostate problem and the Uti tests were accurate could I still have an ngu or another std or do you think it might be something else? The Doc also suggested a catscan but again I have to save up to get that done. Any advice would be great

Thank you both for your time at the very least you are giving a great deal of peace of mind. Which you have no idea how much many of us need it despite getting ourselves into these issues. I will try to keep you posted. Thanks again

With those meds I would doubt it. I was thinking a prostate issue myself, but passed on the question earlier and let AJ answer it.
I think what AJ advised is the way to go.

Do you think there is a possibility after all of these meds that it is an std?

Have you had a prostate exam?  You should.

Call your local health dept and ask what services they offer for those without insurance.
