Could it be STI?

I am a 30 yr male fit and healthy. I have one stable partner but sometimes i do involve with sex workers especially because my partner is not good with oral sex. For few years I have been seeing different sex workers mainly for oral sex on me without condom. I hardly have penetrative sex with them and if i do, then i always use condom.

14 days ago I met another sex worker for oral sex without condom. There were no penetrative sex. I had sex with my partner the other day and we never use condom. Recently I have been worried about STI, may be due to the guilt is eating me inside and i am trying to avoid paying for oral as much as I can but I have not been successful.

Leaving this aside, I changed my shower gel few days ago. Whilst taking a shower and especially washing my penis using that shower gel, i had a sudden sharp pain in my tip of urethra. Since then i had mild dysuria. Given my guilt and anxiety of getting STI, i have been regularly checking myself and squeezing my urethra to see if there are any discharge and there has never been a discharge. Also i have been masturbating regularly as well. Also i have been working 7 days straight with very minimal water to drink causing my urine to be very very concentrated. My dysuria, burning and stinging has never gone away since then but getting worse and worse. Now looking at the urthera, its red and inflammed. There are no blisters. There are no any discharges at all. Then suddenly i developed a red eye on my one eye which is painless but slightly itchy. Since the dysuria has not gone and infection on one eye, i went to STI clinic for a review. I was told that it doesnt look like gonorrhoea and could be NGU. They had taken bloods, urine and swab from my urethra which i am awaiting. In the meantime I am in my second day of Doxycycline.

My question is,
1) Could it be Chlamydia (reiter's syndrome)or is it likely to be chemical related urethritis ?
2) How likely is it to be a non specicfic STI if my chlamydia and other test comes out to be negetive?
3) If everything comes negetive, how important is it to treat my partner?

Sorry for the long questions and Thank you in Advance.
