Can I get an std if the condom broke and we quickly changed it?

I tested positive for chlymidia two weeks prior to this event. I was treated and my partner was “tested and cured.” When we were having sex (this time safely) the condom broke. As soon as we noticed we changed into a new one. That being said I’m still a little worried that I got the disease again. Is it possible? Also prior to this there was some foundling going on. Is it possible the bacteria could have went from their hand to my private area?
