Unprotected oral sex

I mistakenly received a brief instance of unprotected oral sex from a massage parlor woman. It lasted about 2 min max before I stopped it.

I tested negative for gonnorhea and chlamydia at 2.5 weeks post exposure. I already have HSV1, since I was a kid, so I know herpes is a non-issue.

At the 2.5 week mark, I began to feel penis tip burning, as well as a general discomfort in the penis. Sometimes it’s worse than other times and sometimes it’s not really there at all.  There was never any discharge, or pain when urinating to this day, 25 days post-exposure. It feels as if something is not right, like there could be a urethra infection, yet I don’t have the 2 classic symptoms.

I’m concerned about NGU, but even if I had it, it’s not from chlamydia and only from mouth bacteria. Would a doctor even test me for anything? Would antibiotics be the right choice? Is anxiety causing real sensations, everyday? Could I pass something to my partner, even though I’ve had negative results on important sti’s?
