Do I have a yeast infection or some STI?

So, around the time I started dating my ex, I got what I thought was a yeast infection. Weird white stuff was coming out of my vagina, it hurt to pea and it was itchy. I got a one day treatment, but before it was over I had sex with my bf. The cream definitely got all over his penis and I got a strange feeling of regret. After that hurt even worse to pea, still itchy, my vagina, especially where the treatment was felt really sore. I ignored it for at least a month and still havent been to the doctor. I'll set up an appointment ASAP for sure because about a week ago, two pumps or pimples showed up. One that I felt outside of my labia while wearing clothes, now its gone down so much, I csnt really feel it through my clothes. At first I was sure I had genital warts and I still think that is very possible, but I heard yeast infections can leave bumps, too. I feel like that might be a stretch though because although I have the other symptoms of a yeast infection, I dont see the discgarge anymore. At least, not like before. My vagina is however, still really wet and feels like I'm discharging. I have frequent urination and burning, itchiness, soreness and now two bumps on my groin. Sounds just like an STI, but could I be lucky? Fingers crossed.

Hi really sounds more like the after effects of a yeast infection than an sti. stis dont produce a lot of discharge compared to an sti which very often effects the inside of the urethra.
