Do I have an STD or is it simply anxiety?

I am a 22 year old male student, and I did something foolish the other day. Though I rather not go into detail about it, I gave a stranger a hand job with my right hand underneath the partition. It was a relatively quick session, and the person did not ejaculate, but I am beyond anxious at this moment. I did not see any visible sores or abrasions on his penis, and upon close inspection, I did not see any open cuts on my hand. I did get some pre-cum on my palm, but I immediately washed my hands with soap and water afterwards.
Searching google and seeing no definitive answer, I basically psyched myself out, and many forums said that I am fine, but I chatted with a planned parenthood helpline to be sure. They said that I might be at risk, and I am definitely scared. I have begun to worry about the encounter, and I noticed that my hands and body have been itchy and prickly, but that could be just the weather. Did I have an exposure? Is it just my anxiety or do I have a STD?
