Just yesterday I noticed that I had small red painless amd itchless bumps on my penis head. There are several of them. I am an unsurcomsized man at 25 years old and havent been sexually active in 6 years. They showed up after me and my friends went to the movie theater. But I also have been using a water softener thing. So i really need some help determining what this crud is.
