Do I have an STD?

Hello,

I have been with my girlfriend for 6 years and never had sex outside of of our relationship until recently due to emotional issues. In the last 5-6 months I have had unprotected oral sex (receiving) with 3 women and protected (condom) intercourse with 3 sex workers with some kissing. I am also on propecia medication for hair loss for the past 4 months. I also have a tendency to get anxiety. My fear is that I might have contracted an STD. They only symptoms that I have noticed for the past 2 mts is that my cheeks & forehead tend to get red with some burning sensation (periodically) and I get mild generalized itch on my face and little on my body. No signs of any rashes, bumps, blisters, sores, bleeding, discharge, fever, aches etc. I do feel fatigued once in a while. But my energy levels are good. When my girl friend was not well during our vacation 5 weeks ago, we tried to have sex without a condom. I penetrated her for 1 min till she decided that due to her health she could not go through so we stopped and just kissed. We had visited the same place 2 years ago and she contracted a yeast infection. Co-incidentally she contracted a yeast infection again 5 weeks ago in the same vacation place and is applying anti-fungal medication. She also had a period 1 week ago. She noticed a discharge with some itch due to the yeast infection, also because it was close to her menstrual cycle. She is done with her period, but the itch did not go away nor did the discharge. She has been applying the anti-fungal medication for 2 days and seems to feel better perhaps close to gone. My fear is the following which is giving me sleepless nights:

1) Have I contracted an STD? If so, considering my symptoms what could it be?
2) Have I passed on an STD to my girl friend?
3) Are my symptoms the result of my propecia medication coupled with a lot of anxiety due to fear?

I really hope its #3. Please help!!

You need to tell your GF and both of you need to get tested.

I doubt you contracted an STD, we can't diagnose you over the net especially with those vague symptoms. You should get an STD test because you had an unprotected sexual act (herpes is probably the highest chance of an STD you could contract orally; my friend did) and should refrain from having sex with your significant other till you do. You should also probably tell her about what happened :)
