Do I have gonorrhea like symptons? Need advice

Every time I swallow if feels like I have a sore throat. When I look at the back of my tongue it has these red and wart like bumps and I notice my saliva has an odd odor to it. My tonsils seem enlarged but I can feel like there's a hair in the back of my throat. I do not have any discharge or feel any painful swelling of my testicles or penis. I had/performed oral/anal sex with 2 different people and am thinking I may have gonorrhea or some std? I have read it may also be coincidental but I will be scheduling an appointment with Planned Parenthood to get tested and will they supply the medicine to cure it? I have taken an antibiotic I had from a previous prescription left over and hope it may treat it?
Any advice will help, thank you

No, if anal sex was protected then no real worries there.

Protected, and I am hoping to get tested soon. This morning I woke up and a patch of my foreskin appeared very dry and alittle itchy. It feels weird and does feel itchy. Any signs of anything?

Does not sound like a STD, but if concerned get tested with a throat swab. Yes they should prescribe medication to cure a STD. Do not take left over medication that you had from somethign else.

Was the anal sex protected or unprotected?
