This was 4 days ago. So I went for a table shower and got a happy ending from a masseuse. I licked her vagina for a couple of minutes while she performed uncovered oral sex on me. After that, we had protected vaginal sex. I did use mouth wash right after and drank plenty of water.
Fast-forward a day later, I wake up with a headache and a sore throat. The second day after was probably the worst day of a headache. The days after till today the headache isn't that bad but the sore throat still feels unchanged. How likely is it I got any STD from this?

It's pretty unlikely, though possible. Honestly, it sounds more like you have covid than an STD, and the timing is coincidental.
You wouldn't get symptoms of covid or an STD that quickly after exposure. Most oral STDs wouldn't give you symptoms - you might get a sore throat, but that's it, and you wouldn't see that for at least 2 days, minimum.
