Do I still have Chlamydia?

I am a 35 years old bisexual male. 3 months ago I noticed a small transparent discharge from the penis so I did a STI check-up and the doctor gave me a zithromax treatment for chlamydia, all other tests were negative.
The discharge slowly disappeared.
I did a lot of reading about it and found out it can cause anal fissure. I had a lot of the symptoms so went to see another doctor and he gave me Kenacomb and Fucidin which doesn't seem to do anything.

Now since last week I have a tingle sensation in the left testicle going up towards the bladder, that comes and goes a few times a day, which seems like it could be epididymitis. And this is also possibly caused by STI like Chlamydia.
I did the treatment 3 months ago and have been 100% safe since. Is it possible that he first treatment didn't work?
Could it be that I have rectal chlamydia and that zithromax pills are not effective for it?

When you had your tests did you do a rectal swab?  If no do one and while your at it just do another urine test to make sure the drugs cleared the clamydia in your dick.

But it can't go from penis to anus without infected penis penetrating your rectum.

Is that the same if it's in the anus , it can't go from anus to penis ?

Sorry to ask on another person's question on
Yes, it's the same. I've already explained this to you, haven't I?

Have you been tested? If you're still worried about it, you should just test and put your mind at ease, because right now, you're worrying and it's probably all for nothing.
